He has traveled to 18 countries for business and serves as Chairman of Mount Olive Quarry, Mount Olive Farms, Brightway Microfinance Bank, and Yaatos Water. Over the past 15 years, he has acquired controlling interests in various companies. A philanthropist and mentor, he is also the grand patron of the Vigilante Group of Nigeria (Kwara State Command).

He is a Veterinary Doctor and member of the Nigerian Veterinary Medical Association, graduating from the University of Maiduguri in 2005. He is a seasoned banking professional with over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, covering operations, risk management, marketing, and leadership at management levels. He began his career at Guaranty Trust Bank (GTBank), where he served for 10 years in various capacities, gaining extensive expertise in operations, client relationship management, and marketing. He later joined Brightway Microfinance Bank, where he played a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency, implementing risk management strategies, and developing innovative, customer-focused solutions.

Olalekan holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Electrical Engineering and is certified by the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN) in Microfinance Banking. He is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Banking and Finance to further enhance his knowledge and expertise.
